Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: A $15,000 Shopping Spree and Design
Consultation with an HGTV Designer. This includes an in-home personalized design
consultation with an HGTV on-air designer, personal shopping experience at a local
Bed Bath & Beyond store nearest winner’s home with the designer (distance not to
exceed 25 miles from home to store, total time spent with talent not to exceed four
(4) hours), and customized room sketches for one (1) home or dorm room based
upon winner provided photos. The four (4) hour period should include both the inhome
consultation and the shopping experience. In the event the closest Bed Bath &
Beyond store exceeds 25 miles from the winner’s home, the HGTV designer will shop
online with the winner on www.bedbathandbeyond.com. Prize is awarded as a
$5,000 Bed Bath & Beyond® Gift Card and a $10,000 check, to fund additional
design/decorating purchases. Gift Card restrictions shall apply. On-Air Designer is
subject to availability and will be determined by HGTV and Sponsor in their sole
discretion. In home consultation will take place on a date specified by Sponsor on
or before June 30, 2011. In the event the consumer elects to forego the design
consultation or is unable to find a mutually agreeable date, he/she can receive
$2,500 and HGTV and Sponsor will have no further obligation to the winner. Design
must be for a single family dwelling, condo, apartment and/or dorm room. All
commercial buildings are excluded. Design recommendations are based on info
and photos provided by consumer; HGTV and Sponsor have no responsibility for
feasibility and execution of design. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $20,000.
