One (1) Grand Prize (“Grand Prize”) will be randomly awarded, The Grand Prize winner will receive a trip for (2) two to the 2012 Rose Parade® and Rose Bowl Game®. Sweepstakes Grand Prize: There are a total of nine (9) Sweepstakes drawings: Four (4) drawings for the On-Pack Game; Four (4) drawings for the Online Game; and, One (1) drawing for the Mail-In Sweepstakes, collectively referred to as “Sweepstakes” in these Official Rules. In order to become a verified Sweepstakes Winner (“SW”) and have the opportunity to win a $75,000, $7,500 or $5,000 prize, potential SWs (or the parent/legal guardian of a potential SW, if potential SW is deemed to be less than the age of majority in his/her state of residence) will be required to sign and return to Administrator, within ten (10) business days of the date notice is sent, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release, and unless prohibited by law, a publicity release (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). If a SW of any prize cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Prize Claim Documents within the required time period (if applicable), then such potential SW may be disqualified and/or otherwise forfeit his or her prize. In the event that a potential SW of any prize is disqualified for any reason, there will be three (3) alternate random drawings following the procedure stated above, after which the prize will remain unawarded. SWs selected for the On-Pack Game and Online Game will also have to provide proof of birth date in a form designated herein. Once a SW is verified, a representative of the Sponsor will visit the SW at a mutually convenient location and time. At that visit, the SW will be handed a set of twenty-seven (27) sealed and uniquely numbered envelopes (the “Envelopes”). The Envelopes will consist of five (5) envelopes containing the message “$75,000,” seventeen (17) envelopes containing the message “$7,500,” and five (5) envelopes containing the message “$5,000.” The SW must open Envelopes one at a time until five (5) envelopes containing messages of the same prize level are revealed. The SW must stop opening the Envelopes after five (5) envelopes containing messages of the same prize level have been revealed, thus determining the prize amount the SW wins. If the SW continues to open Envelopes after five (5) envelopes for any particular prize level have been opened by the SW, then the Sponsor is relieved of all liability for that SW and no prize will be awarded. Approximate odds of the SW winning $75,000 is 1 in 212, $7,500 is 210 in 212, and $5,000 is 1 in 212.
