Three (3) Grand Prizes (each, a “Grand Prize”) will be awarded, each consisting of a three (3) hour tattoo session (“Tattoo Session”) with one of the following tattoo artists: Mario Barth, Ruth Adriano Pineda p/k/a “Ruthless”, or Josh Lord (each, a “Tattoo Artist”), or any replacement Tattoo Artist, to be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor. At the Tattoo Session, each Grand Prize Winner will receive one (1) Jägermeister inspired tattoo (“Jager Tattoo), designed by that Grand Prize Winner’s designated Tattoo Artist (all Winners can win only one Grand Prize with one of the Tattoo Artists). Grand Prize will also consist of round trip coach airfare for one (1) from a U.S. airport to be chosen by Sponsor, depending on the residence of the Winner, to a location in the continental U.S. where the Grand Prize Winner will receive the Jager Tattoo (such location to based on Tattoo Artists availability and location and to be selected in the sole discretion of Sponsor), hotel accommodations (one room, single or double occupancy) for one (1) night in a hotel chosen by Sponsor, and ground transportation to and from the airport. Ten grand prizes. Each Grand Prize Winner will receive a trip for two (2) to Charlotte, NC beginning on October 19, 2010 and ending on October 20, 2010. Each Grand Prize trip is scheduled to include a tour of Michael Waltrip Racing and a Ride Along in a Richard Petty Driving Experience stock car at a Charlotte area speedway with Martin Truex, Jr. or Michael Waltrip* as the driver and an 8-lap “rookie experience” from the Richard Petty Driving Experience. Each trip includes: roundtrip, coach class air transportation for two (2) people from a commercial airport near winner’s home; a suitable hotel room for two days and one night (double occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor; event souvenir, and airport and event transportation while in Charlotte, NC.
One (1) Grand Prize is available. The Grand Prize consists of five thousand dollars ($5,000) cash.
Each month a total of up to twenty-five (25) Sweepstakes prizes will be awarded. The odds of winning are based upon the number of total correct entries per each monthly Promotion Period. The Retail Value is dependent on the number of total Candy-Grams that are sent to each winner and is limited to a total number of one hundred (100) Candy-Grams.

Participation is the racing school is subject to its terms and conditions. Winners will be required to complete a Release and Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement prior to participation in the racing school. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each Bi-Weekly Sweepstakes Prize is $1,799.00.
Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes: There will be eight (8) Weekly Sweepstakes Prizes available to be won (one (1) per “Weekly Promotion Period,” as defined below), each consisting of one (1) prize of “FREE FUEL FOR A YEAR”. ARV of each Monthly Prize is $1,550.00 (US) each. *For the purposes of each Weekly Sweepstakes Prize, “WIN FUEL FOR A YEAR” is calculated as the average consumer’s yearly gasoline consumption of 566 gallons (4.1 Fuel Purchases per Month x 11.5 Gallons of Gasoline per Purchase x 12 Months) at an average present-day cost of $2.726 / gallon (consistent with the U.S. Department of Energy statistics for premium grade gasoline as of 07/05/10 (566 x $2.726 = $1,542). Fluctuations in gasoline prices after this date will not affect calculation of the prize amount.
